Made an appointment online for a 50 dollar gel pedicure. I had gel on my toes already so I was charged an addtl. $15 for gel take off and $22 for a french design on my toes. My total was $88. I have never paid this much for a gel pedicure and wouldnt have minded if the job was worth $88. Pedicure

I was a first time customer. The nail technicians were very professional and friendly. I LOVE my nails. I got a pink and white ombre with an extension. Miriam was my nail tech. She paid great attention to detail; especially shape. It was apparent that she loves her work. I cannot wait to go back.

I called to make an appointment because I was traveling from Massachusetts to New Jersey. Was told to book on line. But what I wanted which was only design, I was unable to book because it was an add on. I called back and was told to walkin. I asked are you sure she said yes. Got to the salon and explained the reason for my visit only to be greeted with attitude. The wait was 1 hour which I didn’t mind but was the attitude that did it for me. Not sure if the woman is the owner but she need to learn how to speak to people. This place was HIGHLY recommended to me just to get disappointed. Thanks for the attitude and thanks for not servicing me.

Worst nail salon experience ever. Took almost 3 hours to get a basic manicure and pedicure. Very rude owner of the place. Constantly on her phone. The owner stated on the phone that walkins are available. I get there and get my pedicure done. Apparently it’s by a younger employee who works there, which is fine. She was polite and worked hard and was kind. I guess she is not able to do designs so I had to wait for the owner. Which is still fine. I see it’s getting closer to time I need to leave for a meeting and I say it’s okay I’ll leave. At this point I had only my nails cut and shaped. I find out she charged me for the entire manicure, stating that a manicure doesn’t mean a polish. But why is the entire manicure price include the price of polish then? I assume like everything in a business, everything has its cost. So I say okay since you’re charging me I’ll just stay and do a regular manicure if you’re charging me instead of gel. And I pay. But then the owner lies and tells the girl who was doing my nails to move on to the next customer even tho before I paid she said she could do it for me now so I could leave. I’ve never seen this kind of awful terrible service, where a business owner lies. I apologize, but you don’t deserve to own a business. I never write reviews because I know it can affect people’s livelihood, but this is unacceptable service. I’m okay with being rude and charging for services that weren’t done, but please don’t lie for the sake of your business model.
