Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was very disappointed. I came here because of the great reviews and the first day I the lady never told me I had to have cash. So she was nice and let me go to the bank. I told her I was going to first citizens and back. She didn’t tell me it had closed down I called her and asked where the bank was. Then she told me it was gone. I asked to reschedule and she look at her calendar. She said ok I have Thursday at 4:30. I said I’ll take it. Come Thursday I arrived 15 minutes early. I rung the bell and took a seat like the sign says. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever knew I was there except the lady that came in to have her hair done and went straight on back. Finally she noticed me. She came and ask if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment at 4:30. She hesitated and said that’s next Thursday. I said you didn’t tell me next Thursday. You said Thursday. She then said my dad is in intensive care. I said well I’m sorry about your dad but you didn’t tell me next Thursday or a date. I explained this all again. I finally said I’ll go somewhere else. If this is the way y’all do business. She walks away and goes back to doing the lady’s hair. And I left. I drove from Clemson all the way to Pickens twice and still never got my hair done. One mistake like this was ok. But two in the same week. And never even got an apologyI was very disappointed. I was very disappointed. I came here because of the great reviews and the first day I the lady never told me I had to have cash. So she was nice and let me go to the bank.
