I went to Joe for a haircut and he didn’t let me down. Best fade I’ve had in years. Will be back. I had a scheduled appointment that was one on one in a private suite. The place had a great atmosphere and it was very accommodating. I had just got off from working in the hot sun all day and Joe turned on the a/c to accommodate me. He does a great job and makes you feel comfortable while your there. He also takes his time and makes sure your haircut is done right. Thank you Joe.

I have had an uneven hairline for over 35 years. For years, I would tell the barber the situation before getting the cut. After the cut, it was worse than before. They all said the same thing,” don’t worry, I got you.” more times then none they would cut a gap out to try to fix the left side to match the right. Each case it was an epic fail! Until I met Joe, of course, he told me, he got me too just like all the others. Afterward, he showed me the cut I was shocked and amazed, and speechless. In the past, the barber would work on that area for several minutes. Joe did no such thing. He looked at it cut it once and moved on like it was nothing. Sitting in the chair I was thinking there was no way he fixed that, that fast. His skill level is unmatched, he defines the phrase of Master baber. Unlike most shops, he adds a twist to your experience while you are within his element. He stated to me, he wants you to feel as clean as when you walked in. Meaning you have the option of getting your hair washed. I recommend that you do so. The products he uses is phenomenal. So good, I wanted to buy it right way. The absolute best combination of shampoos and conditioners on the market in my opinion. Joe takes his time with you, you never feel you are being rushed because the next person is waiting. His motto is he wants each person to simply enjoy the experience. He accomplishes all of that while you are there. You can feel he takes pride in his body of work! Once I returned home, to my surprise my family told me that was the best cut they seen me have. Joe comes highly recommended.

Today, I had my first women’s haircut at Exclusive Grooming Lounge with Joe. I was extremely nervous because I’d had locs for the past seven years. As a new client Joe called and thanked me for booking; asking if I had any concerns or questions about his experience. That by far was comforting because it showed me that customer service is an important business aspect at Exclusive Grooming Lounge! I’d never had any stylist do that. Joe is the 1st barber my 13 year old son respects. He respects him because he listened to what was wrong (from a previous barber) and understood how to fix his cut, he could handle his bobbling head when he feel asleep after a long day of school, workout, and practices, Joe is detail oriented, and Joe always spoke pleasant and positive. As I mom, I found Joe to be very professional. Joe has also cut my hair, listens to my requests and allows me to stop him while cutting to explain a thought about the cut. Joe is able to respond to my thought in agreement or not and explain why or why not my suggestion would work based on my head shape and style. He is an expert at his craft.
