The employees need to be courteous and adknowledge customers. U sit and wait while the employees talk and some are not even doing anything. Customer come in for a hair cut not to sit and wait. First time I tired it because someone told me to go , but I honestly would rather drive still to Aurora for my family hair cuts to get great serves and friendly serves. Wouldn’t go back sorry

Terrible place! Never was acknowledged when we walked in. While we sat and waiting for a cut, the stylist all talked about us in Spanish. When it was finally our turn, they continued to debate who was going to cut my son’s hair(speaking in Spanish as if I didn’t understand). I finally had it, and walked out! Next time think before you speak! Just because I don’t look like I speak Spanish, doesn’t mean I don’t understand it.
