Didn’t listen to what was wanted. Took it upon themselves to do the haircut that they wanted, not what I wanted. Grew out my hair for three months just to have it cut super short. Very unhappy. Besides that I asked for a beard trim and never got it, I guess it’s probably better off that way, they likely would have messed that up too.
