Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalked in on a Friday around 11:00 and was greeted immediately and given the first open chair available. Walked in on a Friday around 11:00 and was greeted immediately and given the first open chair available. No one was holding out for appointments which was nice to see the first come first serve mentality. Vic did a tremendous job, definitely one of the best cuts I’ve received in awhile. Price was fair, service was fast; it was an overall excellent experience!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy experiences with Exclusive Cutz has been nothing short but AMAZING. I’m a worry wart and take very much precaution, especially during these times of dealing with a pandemic. I first came to Exclusive to get a haircut for my son. My barber was Jordan (owner). As a mother you want to protect your child as much as possible. You want to pick the top service, kid friendly, most of all SAFE service for your child. The experience with Jordan was professional, and friendly. He took my son’s temperature, sanitized the chair, razor and wore a mask and gloves. Jordan was not judge-mental, because, I brought my own covering items to use. I told him to not take off my son’s mask, and he was ok with that. He asked me a few times, if I’m ok with my son haircut while he was doing it. I was pleased with the outcome. My son haircut was nice :).My second experience was with the barber Victor. Now if you are looking for a barber with patience, understanding, safe, and friendly. This is the barbershop to go to. This barber Victor waited outside with a mask on for my son and I. His chair was already sanitized, and prepared for my son. I brought my items again, and he also didn’t judge. He took his time to clean, and sanitize EVERY barber utensil he was going to use on my son’s hair with a specialized disease free preventive spray. Now he sanitized all of these items right in front of me. This gave me a sign of relief, because I want to make sure my son is PROTECTED. Victor did EVERYTHING in his power to make my son, and I comfortable and feel safe. He also asked me permission if he can use a napkin around the neck to hold my son covering. He also did an amazing haircut with keeping my son’s mask on. He asked me if, I was ok with my son haircut, and even did a few changes of my choice on how I want his hair to look.Now, I made both appointments last minute both times. THANK YOU JORDAN :). I was impressed. I came in after hours, and the other two customers was 6 ft apart with their mask on. The shop was clean. My experiences with Exclusive Cutz has been nothing short but AMAZING. I’m a worry wart and take very much precaution, especially during these times of dealing with a pandemic. Critical: ValueWalk in customer 2nd time patronizing Exclusive Barber Shop Bethlehem. 1st time before christmas arrived home my daughter pointed out 3 inch reddened welt on the side of my head from electric trimmer being used very roughly to “fade”. Had to apply neosporin for a week…gave biz one more chance. 2nd visit Specified 1.5 guard to be used for haircut and fade side burns etc . Worst haircut experience ever I removed my hat no combing or brushing once seated, barber trimmed a little hair off with 1.5 guard i hope… edged slightly with straight razor never used the closeup mirror to review the cut once completed . My daughter saw my hair cut asked who stole your money… i guess walkins at Exclusive get the apprentice barbers or worst treatment? 1st time shame on you ,2nd time shame on me 3rd times a charm shame on both of us… exclusive will not get a second chance accept my $45.
