After signing in and waiting for an available hair stylist I was told someone would be with me shortly. I noticed guests with appointments coming in. I think making an appointment ahead of time is always better. Melissa was great. I saw her clean her area and equipment after the previous guests haircuts. She worked in a timely manner. She showed confidence and experience in what she was doing. The other ladies seem welcoming also. The checkout was fast. And overall positive and caring environment. The desk lady was welcoming when I arrived. After signing in and waiting for an available hair stylist I was told someone would be with me shortly. I noticed guests with appointments coming in. Wanted to cut my hair one day so I called and was able to get in the same day, the place itself is clean and organized and everyone from the receptionist to the young lady that cut my hair were very nice! Told Melissa what I wanted with my hair and she was able to deliver! I’ve gotten compliments on my hair. I usually go somewhere else but they are always booked far out, I may start coming here from now on. Great job ladies!
