My husband has been going here for about 3 years now.. Roman is awesome. He is awesome with scheduling , is courteous of your time and makes sure if he is a little behind he lets you know. I got both my sons haircuts ( 2 and 1 yr old) by Roman and he was great with them. My boys loved him and he gave them a style that fit their hair type. The barbershop is clean, everyone is friendly and its an all around great atmosphere. 100% recommend.

I am very particular about who cuts my hair and beard. I always had a friend do it but can’t anymore. I was very hesitant on a new barber so I looked on Facebook and found them. From the moment you walk in you’ll see the shop is very clean and good music. I had an appointment at 5 was in chair at 459. While I was there a walk in came in and he was immediately sat. Very hard to find a place like that! I got a cut from Roman and he has a lot of skill and pays very close to detail. I’m happy to say I found my new barber!

Rob and Miami Dave run the cleanest and most professional shop in the county. Any chair you sit in will be accompanied by an extremely talented barber. They’ve had the same crew for a while now and the cuts are top notch. Very clean, lots of seating inside and out, and a few tvs to pass the time. I would highly reccomend this shop to anyone. They also offer beard styling and even full hot towel shave services! You can even book your appointments online now. Just a leap above the competition!

I love Exclusive Cuts! I was looking for a place that could cut my kind of hair after moving from Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. I have coarse hair. Roman does a pretty consistent job every time, I favor him. However, when I look to the left or right, it looks like all the guys at Exclusive cut very well. The front desk is always very friendly and professional. While it’s mostly an adult environment, they seem to be accommodating when children come in. While the ambient playlist is not my favorite, it’s typical of the type of shop that can cut my hair. If you need a fresh cut today, I’d recommend Exclusive Cuts.

I just recently moved into the area and the need to find a new barber always brings me a lot of anxiety. Based on the reviews, I made an appointment with Roman on a whim and my god he did a he knocked it out of the park 10/10. Not only was he friendly and accommodating, but he took his time and made sure everything was looking sharp and evened up. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks for the cut Roman!

Went to this place for the first time today and had Roman. Super awesome dude! Other barbers I went to would take over 45 min to do my hair and said my hair is too difficult to fade. This was by far the fastest haircut, in literally under 15 min I have ever had! He even said my hair was super easy to fade. Can’t wait to go back! 10/10 highly recommend

I’ve had 2 barbers my entire life and moving into Old Bridge a few years back I struggled to find a great barber. Luckily I came across Roman! He’s a great barber and very skilled at what he does. I even have him cut my young son’s hair. He’s great for adult cuts and kids! As someone who is very particular about my hair and very critical everytime I get it cut, I’ve always walked out of Exclusive Cuts a happy customer thanks to Roman. I highly recommend you go see Roman and this Barbershop. I was new to Monmouth County and struggled for a few years to find a good barbershop & professional Barber.
