She does not listen to the customer. 1 1/2 inches turned in to 3. HATE my haircut. $5 cuts are only for Men REALLY false advertisement. I should of turned around and walked out! Her 35 years of experience taught her nothing. Than had to listen to her talk to an employee about her crack head son, so not appropriate for a first time customer.
