Everytime I book they never check their bookings . Charlie and Jorge and Luis are all nice but the rest suck and their customer service skills! I booked with Moises and he act like I didn’t even exist . The guy hopped in his chair and he didn’t or wasn’t even going to say anything to me nor tell me that he didn’t know that I was coming. This booking stuff happens everytime . Don’t waste your precious time people.
