Service was good at best. I came in, I usually get a 2 on the side and the top is cut down enough for it to be combed still. I asked for 3 on the top, the lady said that was too short and recommended a 5, we agreed and went for the 5. Next thing I know, I basically got a 2 and a 3 completely ignored what we agreed on and my hair looks all dumb now. I got cut a little bit and the beard trim was subpar at best. I still had mustache hairs as long as my beard from the ends. I did have my son with me (who has ADHD) and this other lady who works there yelled at him for trying to move a chair, after I already told him not to. Will definitely not be coming here again. I try out new spots for the experience and this was not it for me.

I’ve always said it’s hard for a guy to find a good place to get a good hair cut in San Angelo. Most places will have you disappointed on how your haircut came out. So I started letting my hair grow out until I happened to be in another town with a barber I know. After learning about EXCLUSIVE I decided to give them a shot. The only regret I have when it come to EXCLUSIVE is, they didn’t open sooner. I was 100% satisfied with my haircut. It’s the best cut I’ve gotten in a very long time. That isn’t the best thing about EXCLUSIVE though. The thing I liked the most was the atmosphere. I deal with an issue to where new visiting new places and people is very hard to do. The moment I walked it, I was very comfortable. Leo, who gave me my haircut(thanks man. I’ll give you a bigger tip next time), was very personable and kept the conversation going and as I looked around other employees were doing the same. Highly recommend EXCLUSIVE. I have finally hit gold in San Angelo when it comes to getting a good clean haircut.

I won a free haircut and when I went to redeem i asked for a beard trim. Well when it came to pay I was charged $17. When I asked if that was for the beard trim I was told yes. After looking at the services they offer I saw the beard trim was $5. I will definitely not be going back or referring them to anyone.
