My friend came in for a simple trim with long layers and walked out with one chunky line that they are calling “layers” and when it was brought to their attention they said “it’s just the layers. they are supposed to look like that”. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei will never go back again. I went for a root touch up for the highlights, and they left my hair two different colors. The lady was so rough with my hair. She left halfway to go do 3 haircuts while i sat there for more than an hour with my hair not finished full of bleach. Terrible service. i will never go back again. I went for a root touch up for the highlights, and they left my hair two different colors. The lady was so rough with my hair. She left halfway to go do 3 haircuts while i sat there for more than an hour with my hair not finished full of bleach. Terrible service. Critical: ValueI went to get a haircut and a reframe for my hair since it was damaged from the past styling (done elsewhere). The person was given a task to cut by half an inch with reframing. However, I felt like she did only half the job. She only did the trimming, but I felt like there was hardly any reframe. I paid $33 with tip included. There was a couple of times where she left to do something else with other clients and kept asking me questions about my hair when it was just for a haircut. Would not go back again after going in the first time. I went to get a haircut and a reframe for my hair since it was damaged from the past styling (done elsewhere). The person was given a task to cut by half an inch with reframing. However, I felt like she did only half the job. She only did the trimming, but I felt like there was hardly any reframe. I paid $33 with tip included. Positive: Professionalism, QualityBoth of my children wanted cuts and color prior to school. They were able to fit us in and did a wonderful job making sure the color was what they had envisioned. Even did test strips so they were happy with the result!Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
