I went here actually mistakenly. The atmosphere was great. Very relaxing but I mentioned my cuticles multiple times and that I wanted them pushed back. I don’t like having to be “pushy” but it’s less than a week and my nails looks grown out. When spending $60 plus I expect my nails to last much longer…Disappointed ultimately. Also I spent this amount to get my nails and toes done in Hawaii and got ombre for the cost. The water for the pedicure was cold as well and asked her for warmer multiple times. I would think you can feel the water3 and tell it would be cold for any client. Overall I thought the experience for the service I got was overpriced.

I had a wonderful massage but the massage room is located in a poorly renovated basement that smelled extremely musty so be wary if you are sensitive to scents or have allergies. Unfortunately any relaxing benefits from the massage were also completely destroyed by the therapist essentially trapping me in the basement right outside the massage room with a super long biofreeze sales pitch before I could pay and go. Biofreeze was also not mentioned to be used anywhere in the booking information and I had an allergic reaction to it on the way home. I dont usually leave negative reviews but I felt like the biofreeze sale pitch was really unprofessional and its use should have been mentioned prior.

She did a great job on massage and very thorough and specifically detailed on a plan but just to expensive for me to have a care plan for my back and neck pain and to go there every two weeks.. how I could I afford her services in that order..One thing I didn’t like though was that my 60 minutes was not honored which was on the groupon I got there a little earlier and still had to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room plus going in to change so it was more like a 40 minute massage and she seemed disappointed I only gave her a 10.00 tip well I would have liked a full 60 minute massage..

Got our daughters nails done for the wedding and we were not thrilled. They didn’t listen very well. They turned out thick and kinda lumpy. Didn’t even paint the entire nail on lots of her fingers. We had to go back in and see if they could fix it and she started blaming her for not holding her hand straight and picking a “thin/runny” polish. Wouldn’t recommend.

Usually get great treatment and pedicure here regularly… Came in this time with my friend who speaks Vietnamese and mandarin, left insulted and with jaggedly cut pinky toes and completely uncut and excessively long other toenails. Had to file it myself when I got home, will have to cut it too but that will ruin the paint. The paint was uneven and even smudged in some areas I noticed before I paid but didn’t want to make a big deal of it. Not sure if it’s because they assume 19/20 year olds won’t pay as well or because the staff was a bit different. Obviously left a poor tip for my awful pedicure.

Linh was my technician and she did a wonderful job, very detailed, and did not rush through my pedicure even though it was almost closing time. When we finished, the salon was closed but she told me my package came with a back and arm massage as well!!! It was so nice that she was not in a rush and still have a quality massage even after hours. My husband booked me a high end pedicure here for a Mother’s Day gift; it was my first time visiting the salon. Linh was my technician and she did a wonderful job, very detailed, and did not rush through my pedicure even though it was almost closing time. When we finished, the salon was closed but she told me my package came with a back and arm massage as well!!! It was so nice that she was not in a rush and still have a quality massage even after hours. I will be back!

Kenny was so gentle and explained to me that my previous nail salon used so much pressure that they damaged my nails. I went with my daughter and her nail technician was so kind as well. The two young girls at the desk weren’t so great. I got no greeting when I fist walked in and they had a hard time with the check in process for both me and the person I was with and when it came to the payment process it took even longer and was difficult and treated the person I was with a hard time with simple math and payment.
