Okay don’t mind my email name but, this place is absolutely amazing I’m in love most def my favorite place too go. I got my my nails done and I didn’t think they would be that good but let me tell y’all, they where the perfect shape, size, and color everything they did exactly what I wanted. The best part is I only paid 40 dollars for these beauties when anywhere else would’ve charged me 70$ Or more.

rudest people ever worst experience getting nails done with worker on the phone while doing nails. thought i was going to pass out while nails were getting done because of the chemical fumes in that place. really sketchy place too, didn’t look too clean. i watched them wipe the tools on some random dirty rag. Critical: QualityThis place is horrible! It was like Anna was going for the world record on time or something. I asked for a basic manicure no polish just buff and shine and a deluxe pedicure. The water was super cold like she didn’t even use hot water, the so called hot towels were luke warm and she kept them on for about 2 mins per foot… she did hot stones on each leg for about 30 secs, she massaged 1 foot (no leg) on the left and gave me a minute massage on my right foot and leg… she was only going to scrap my heel not my entire bottom of my foot until I said something. She did a horrible job on my cuticles. They look worse than when I came through the door… they didn’t offer me anything to drink but the guy that checked me in had himself a fresh bottle of ice cold water which is when I asked if they had drinks? He then acted like he was unfamiliar with what’s in the fridge so I asked him to open it all the way so I could choose my drink. The canned margarita was the best thing going in here. When I asked her to buff my nails she then needed a translator and they told me they don’t do that… that old… they can put a top coat. Even though I explained I wanted my nails buffed (no polish) up front and they said Yea Yeah smh… anyways 1st and last time here… X nails is X’d off the list! Who is the owner of this terrible place. I had an appointment today at 6:30pm. They texted around 4:30 if I could come in at 5:45, I said yes. Later they texted again if I could come in at 5:15. I said no since I live 45 minutes away. They said to just get there early as possible because I was their last appointment. I said ok. Once I was driving 40 minutes and just 5 minutes before arriving, they texted again and said if I could go again tomorrow because they already left and closed. I was so upset and told them that it was not right for them to do that to a customer. I drove a long way and they said if I wanted my nails done then to go somewhere else. Supposedly their uncle died and that their family was more important than doing my nails. I think that was a bull#* story since I read the bad reviews and several have received the same story about having a family emergency and using it as an excuse to leave the customers hanging. The person was so extremely rude. He said that if I couldn’t understand about their emergency then they didn’t care about losing me as a customer. If I didn’t like it then to do my own nails. 1st of all if it was true they lost a relative, how would you have the time to be arguing with a customer? Don’t they have workers that are not all related so in case of an emergency they all don’t have to leave at the same time? When they messaged me before, they said they wanted to leave early which means they had plans to leave. That is not called an emergency. Their customer service is disgusting. Will never be back

My experience here has been good. I only go to one person Jimmy. He is quick and does a great acrylic set for an unbeatable price of $20. I have gone to other people in the shop and my nails weren’t quite right. They would lift within a week. With Jimmy’s set I can go 2 weeks with no lift no problems. My friend had been getting hers done here as well and was very disappointed in the customer service she received. I think it depends on who you go to. I highly recommend you make an appointment or else you will be waiting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Yeah it’s great it’s $20 but the workers are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. My favorite thing to see is them claim to be fully booked up with available artists and an empty appointment book but tell me they’re busy for three straight days? I do recommend an appointment, but not only for the horrible attitude and lies, but if you don’t have an appointment your nails will be awfully done. They don’t feel like doing it the right way.
