I only like to leave positive reviews, however I’m making an exception for my experience at Excellent Nails. I had a pedicure here less than a few weeks ago. My experience was just okay. I thought their prices were average, however they charge an additional $20 for gel polish. The pedicure itself felt rushed and he was very rough while giving it. Had I reviewed them after my experience, I would have given it a 2 or 3 star, however now that it has been a few weeks, I am even less happy with my experience. I have noticed that they left the corners of my nails very sharp so they started digging into my skin as they naturally grew out. I am also now dealing with two different toes with either ingrown toenails or hang nails that are causing redness and irritation. I regularly get pedicures and have rarely had any issues like this from anywhere else. I will definitely not be returning to Excellent Nails.

I’ve been looking for my place in LS since we moved here 3 years ago. Popped in tonight an hour before close because they were one of the salons open latest. Never felt rushed or anything during my service despite the closing time. I got one of the best pedicures I think I’ve ever had from Will. He cleaned up my feet and massaged them for what felt like a blissful eternity. Absolutely will return.

When I was getting my nails sanded down the gentleman kept digging into my cuticles so badly that it hurt to get my nails done. My cuticles were so close to bleeding and it happened to 4 of my nails.I spoke to my nail technician about it (a different person than the man that sanded my nails) and she just said sorry. I was not listened to when I said I wanted acrylic nails, and they decided to add gel to it when I did not ask, extra $20 charge that i was not told of. I also was not told that shaping my nails to an almond shape was extra, $5. Its 2 days later and my cuticles still hurt. I only get my nails done a couple times a year but this experience was not great at all. My nail tech was nice-ish and got me a water but not caring about how bad my cuticles were cut into. I will not be coming back here. Felt this experience needed to be shared so others know what to expect.

I haven’t been to a great pedicure place for a couple years. The last time I did it was here. And today did not disappoint! In fact it well exceeded my expectations! I have many issues being on my feet all day every day, but they were thorough, gentle and pampering. And my feet are Beautiful!!!! Thank you for the amazing experience!

I called ahead to ask if they had time for a walk-in dip manicure and was told “yes”. When I arrived literally 3 minutes later, they seemed busy and had at least 5 people waiting before me in line. I asked how long the wait would be and they just responded with “pick a color” so I picked one and sat down at the empty chair they gestured to.
