Started going here approximately 1 month ago. Was at another nail salon and was not happy. Explored a few in the area and didn’t have good experiences at 3 others. Ended up at Excellent with Ryan doing my manicure and pedicure. WOW, what a get manicure and pedicure. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable considering what I was paying for the same services. I was paying close to double. Salon is very neat and clean and staff is very friendly! I would highly recommend Excellent Nail Spa!!!

Stopped in because my regular place was closed. Tech tried to cut my cuticles with a clipper that was not in sterile packaging or from a sterilizer. While my gel manicure was drying, he removed toenail polish from another client and returned to finish my nails without washing his hands. Hand massage lasted barely 10 seconds and no shoulder massage was given. Would not return.

I came with a friend to get a manicure, the lady was rushing on me when I made an appointment… and she took me in 10 minutes late when I was on time. Then, As i’m at the drying station i notice two of my nails aren’t even fully painted. They started to chip in a day- Horrible service. Manicure

I went based off of the recommendations of people who had gotten their nails done here but I guess that they don’t value their customers whatsoever because they absolutely trashed my nails. My nails are nubs now and they didn’t listen to any of my requests, nor did they seem to care. They could’ve had a new customer but not anymore. My nails look like they have bubbles on them and the SNS powder looks cracked. They rushed through both my pedicure and manicure after I even made an appointment to go in. Never going back and I’ll be sure to tell anyone in the area how poorly they do with customer service and results.

I decided to try this place because I am searching for a new place due to my regular person moving out of state. I tell the woman I want SQUARE, SHARP corners, NO ROUNDED EDGES and I wanted them trimmed a little. First, she trimmed them way too short, then she wadded the acrylic up on the middle of the nail to give it a curved effect, then despite telling her at least 6/8 times SQUARE, SHARP corners, she proceeded to round my nails and file the corners. So now the nails are very short, thick in the middle and thin at the top. With the gel polish and top coat, my nails look like decorative stemless wine glasses. While I repeatedly told her she wasn’t doing them the way I wanted, she just told me that I could always get another full set put on. That’s about the only time she responded to anything I said. The search continues. I will not be returning.

I really did like this place…..until today. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure done. The girl Summer who did it, wasnt very friendly and did an ok job. She seemed to be rushing, but everything looked ok when she was done. I paid my bill and tipped her. I guess she thought she deserved more, because she just walked away from me without even a “thank you”! I think I’ll find a new place. That made her completely rude, and someone I’d rather not chance having doing my nails again.

Horrible service if you are African American. They made me the last person to get my nails done (taking in walk in’s that were Caucasian that were getting the same thing I was getting), all of the staff constantly staring at me making me feel uncomfortable, they did not give me the nail shape I asked for multiple times, over charged me for a pedicure, accidentally spilled acetone all over me and my clothes which was ok but cleaned up their mess but did not offer me a towel to dry off. Never again this was heartbreaking to experience this treatment when I’m paying you for your service. So if you are African American and wanna experience racism this is the place for you and your nails will be cute according to what they want you to have.

Ive tried regular manicures, gel, and powder gel and everytime my nails are ruined after one week. Other places last me minimum 2 weeks. Would go back for a pedicure but that’s about it.
