Excellent Hair

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been getting haircuts here for several years with good service. But, when I got home from my last haircut and took my mask off; the right side of my hair was more than a half inch shorter than the left side. When I called to have Lori fix that; she told me to come in. She made me wait for 30 minutes before she helped me. She told me that it was because I was wearing a mask. When I said that she could at least apologize. She became angry and said she did apologize. I have been getting haircuts here for several years with good service. But, when I got home from my last haircut and took my mask off; the right side of my hair was more than a half inch shorter than the left side. When I called to have Lori fix that; she told me to come in. She made me wait for 30 minutes before she helped me. She told me that it was because I was wearing a mask. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueTy took his time on my hair, listened to what I wanted, and went the extra mile. I will definitely be coming back.I also really appreciate that they still ask customers to wear a mask.EDIT: I stopped going here after three times because despite taking his time, somehow Ty still misses hairs. I kept having to touch up at home. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been here before and they were okay for kids haircuts. Recently I walked in for my daughters hair cut and the lady there tells me that for just a hair cut ( no blow dry ) it is going to $60. I think she just made up the price on the fly or they have really jacked up the prices . We walked out right away . Even a fancy upscale salon does not charge this much for a kids haircut . I have been here before and they were okay for kids haircuts. Recently I walked in for my daughters hair cut and the lady there tells me that for just a hair cut ( no blow dry ) it is going to $60.
