Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI brought my elderly sister to Excel Salon to get her hair cut. I was told the person who would be cutting her hair was the owner. My sister asked for an angled bob and the owner gave her what she wanted to give and by no means is that right. We also asked if she would be willing to wipe down her area before she started because the previous customer who was in that chair, had just sneezed all over. Unfortunately, we were told that was not necessary and that wiping down her counter space was not something that was needed to be done. She even shrugged her shoulders out of anger. That was super unprofessional and I should have taken my sister elsewhere after all that jazz. Also, the scissors were super dull and only chopped my sister’s hair up. I brought my elderly sister to Excel Salon to get her hair cut. I was told the person who would be cutting her hair was the owner. My sister asked for an angled bob and the owner gave her what she wanted to give and by no means is that right.
