Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t normally write reviews but my experience was horrible. Do NOT come here. I came here for the first time on my birthday with my friend and they were very mean to her. She just asked the lady not to cut her nails too short and was told not to come again. My friend said it in the nicest way possible with a SMILE. Still, a few months later I decided to give this place a second chance. The girl made me bleed on four different fingers. Since I was getting shellac, the shellac polish made my cuts burn intensely. It’s been a few days and my skin is literally coming off, I attached the picture for that as well. I don’t bite my skin or any of that so it’s horrifying to see. I asked for square shaped nails and they weren’t even straight. Worst of all, the lady tipped herself. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to tip. She just added the tip and said it’s gonna be this much. I usually do tip and would’ve done it myself anyway but she tipped herself a huge amount which she most definitely did not deserve after making me bleed. It was horrible. I don’t normally write reviews but my experience was horrible. Do NOT come here. I came here for the first time on my birthday with my friend and they were very mean to her. She just asked the lady not to cut her nails too short and was told not to come again. My friend said it in the nicest way possible with a SMILE.
