Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went here today and i was just appalled at the quality of nails that they provided me with. my nail tech did not even talk to me or try to have a conversation with me. She was on a phone call while doing my nails. The shape of my nails are messed up. I showed her a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like. It was a very simple design but my nails looked nothing like the reference photo. I attached a photo with what my nails look like without polish on, I remove the nail polish to redo them however I am unable to redo them because the shape of the nails are so bad. My total was $56 plus tip. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants to have pretty nails. I went here today and i was just appalled at the quality of nails that they provided me with. my nail tech did not even talk to me or try to have a conversation with me. She was on a phone call while doing my nails. The shape of my nails are messed up. I showed her a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDishonest. If I can get one person to choose a different salon with this review it will have served it’s purpose! I scheduled my appointment a week in advance. I arrived on time for my 6 p.m. appointment and was told that the wait time would exceed the time they would be open which is 7 p.m. I insisted that they keep their promise of my appointment because I was going out of town the next morning and needed a fill and gel polish. They stated they had regulars coming in and not sure if I would get my nails done. Said I was not leaving because I scheduled an appointment and it was to late to find another salon on short notice. At 7:15 they brought me back to remove my gel polish from a full set I had done 3 weeks prior. About 20 mins later that was removed and another lady was now ready to polish. She proceeded to tell me that my fill and gel polish would cost me $70 for my length. My full set of acrylics only cost me $50. How do you justify this costing that much more for a fill and polish change??? They were very rude and tried to charge me double for a service that else where would have charged me around $35-40. I refused to accept such a ridiculous over charge and was told I owed them $10 for the removal of my polish. I was able to get my nails done the next morning at 9:30 before my trip since they were left with just my glued tips. They knew exactly how to screw me over because I waited for my turn. I spent 2.5 hours there to walk out frustrated and disappointed that a business could be so dishonest and unaccommodating. What a horrible experience and a waste of my time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been coming here for years and they always do the best pedicures I’ve ever had! They are pretty hopping during these warmer months so there is going to be a bit of a wait, but I waited only about 30 mins.
