The hair saloon quotes one price before hair cut and once the cut is over they charged me $10 more saying that its layer. In fact the haircutter did a very terrible job in cutting my hair. He cut it too short and cut bangs which I didn’t ask. Terrible place I won’t go there. I want to give zero stars. Haircut

The worst nail job I’ve ever had…. The lady insisted on leaving a huge gap between mu cuticles and the beginning of the gel color claiming that “it lasts longer” even though I told her I don’t like that and please color the whole nail… I left the salon with my nails already looking like a week old… Never going back.

I made an appointment with Joanne. The last chair towards the back. I explained I had been growing out my hair for 3 months so that Joanne would have plenty to work with to restore the previous style I had always had and wanted again that had been ruined by another stylist. My long time gal had moved. It’s an AMAZINGLY EASY STYLE TO DO. I brought pictures. I used her clips and combs to show her EXACTLY how it was to be done. A very simple style,short on sides and back, long on top. My hair is naturally curly and unless it was done in the EXACT way I showed her, it would be ruined. She, “Yeah, yeahed” me, and went on to do EXACTLY what I had told her I didn’t want. I stopped her many times to RE SHOW her what I needed. She ignored me and gave me such a chop job, it was beyond repair. All the length I had spent months growing, she just chopped it away. I am so angry with myself I even paid a thing. I went right away to another place, and they wouldn’t even touch it. The length difference on each side was 1/2″ to 1″ different. They said to wait and REGROW AGAIN to have enough to work with.
