The staff here is so professional and they make sure that your needs are taken care of. We are now in November and ny eyebrows are still in great condition. I recommend anyone who wants their eyebrows done or any other service to come to Evelyn here at Evy Nails !! 2nd experience here and both were not ok. First time polish just peeled off for my pedicure and a monther was yelling and smacking her child and the second the staff was rude b/c I asked if they could do my pedicure and gel nail at the same time since they were running 40 mins past my appointment time then we talking bad. Had a 1:30pm appt and entered the facility at 1:28pm. I also called the same day at 1pm to reconfirm. No one greeted me but looked dead in my face upon entering. A few people came from the back and looked at me but still no greeting. I sat in the front and waited 15 mins before approaching the desk, where there was now an employee and asked what the process is with checking in as this is my first time here and if I should reschedule as I haven’t been greeted. She apologized and said that she didn’t see me (definitely a lie) and that Evelyn would be right out as they had a few things to move around in the back. I believe it was Evelyn that also saw me while she was eating in the back but never spoke l. Two elderly women of a different ethnicity/race than myself, walk in and now everyone has a voice and can speak. Very rude and borderline discriminatory. I walked out after waiting 30 minutes and having to take it upon myself to get their attention. The fact that the owner got up after finishing her client and lacked decency to ensure that she comes to the front to greet and make mention about having a delay with my appointment is very unprofessional. The work seems good but a very weird group of individuals that I would never pay to touch my hands. No thanks!

The fact that they have been a successful business for so long is obvious. Evy and her staff are professional and meticulous. Everything they do looks amazing from the simplist manicure to their dramatic creative acrylic nail designs. I have very weak and brittle nails and her knowledgeable and talented staff always ensure that my nails look great and that my manicures last well into the second week. Extremely disappointed ! Had an appointment at 5:30 called 3 times twice no answer. 3rd time I tell her I’m running 10 mins late I’m rite here i’m automatically told I had to reschedule I mention I’m not far and I thought you close at 7 I’m rudely told yea but we like to go home and cook for are kids and stuff. Beyond unprofessional response look I get it and I would have reschedule no problem but to have someone speak to me as if I’m an inconvenience or an annoyance when I’m paying for the service is just rude. I genuinely felt mad uncomfortable on the phone with this person. Why would I want to reschedule now. I get if I was being nasty but I genuinely was just asking why it’s a big deal I’m 10 minutes late when they close at seven and my appointment is 530 there honestly was no need for such a rude response. I was looking forward to my appointment and having this be a permanent spot for me but obviously my business isn’t needed.
