I believe that every aspect of a person; body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My mission as Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as; deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy and other modalities into each session when needed. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing journey.

Ann is amazing! Her attention to your specific needs are by far beyond anything you’d ever expect. After total knee replacement surgery 4 years ago, I had a tough time being able to bend my knee with all the muscle spasms, scar tissue and other issues while healing. Ann Farrell is an amazing and talented massage practitioner! My daughter is a high level ice dancer and we were in Lake Placid for an Ice dancing competition. She had an injury during a lift with her partner in a practice session. She was competing the next day and needed help. I called Ann and despite her being booked she was able to work her in. She also taped her with KY tape and rubbed her with CBD oil to prepare her for her competition. Between her massage and the amazing work of Dockery Chiropractic in Saranac we were able to get her back on the ice the next day. I got a massage the next day, as well as my other daughter, who has severe scoliosis. The massage was amazing and I felt like a new person, no more knots from all of the stress of the previous day. My daughter with scoliosis said it was the best massage she ever had! Thank you Ann for the wonderful massage and taking care of my daughters!

Feeling stressed? Have muscle pains, arthritis, sciatica? Look no further for relief! I have been getting massages from Ann for months now, and as a result of her gifted hands and supreme knowledge of her craft, the above issues for me are well under control. Her space is relaxing as soon as you enter, and her massage rooms are comfortably decorated and serene. I have also used her sauna when I have wanted to continue my relaxation. Cold water is provided, and cold washcloths await when time is up. Treat yourself to an amazing massage, provided by a very knowledgeable and lovely person. You will definitely return for more!!

I have been a weekly client of Ann’s for at least five years now, and her technique has grown in importance to me since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease more than four years ago. (I’m also getting old.) I find her company very relaxing, her technique very effective, and her overall approach very professional. I also get the sense that she truly cares about my well being as opposed to just going through the motions. I would disregard anything less than a 5-star review unless the reviewer can adequately explain in writing his rationale for such. Ann knows what she’s doing. Anybody who says otherwise clearly does not.
