My husband and I are honeymooning in New Buffalo, and on a whim, we decided to schedule a couples massage at Evolve. Best. Decision. Ever. The price was reasonable. The atmosphere was soothing. And the massages were the best we’d ever had. The staff went out of their way to be courteous and make us feel special even before they knew we were newlyweds. We said we’d fly back to the area from Texas just for these massages!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! – I visited during a getaway in the area, and Andrew gave the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had many years of shoulder pain and tension headaches that multiple masseuses and chiropractors haven’t gotten rid of. After my first massage here at Evolve, I had a full week with no pain. It was such a dramatic improvement I scheduled another appointment before we left town.

Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage and left before an hour had elapsed. My masseuse was constantly clearing his throat, sniffling and breathing through his mouth to the point I could feel it on my body. When I rolled over on my back and felt his breathing on my face, it was game over for me. In today’s environment, that isn’t acceptable. I contacted the owner and she couldn’t have cared less. It was an absolutely terrible experience. My masseuse was constantly clearing his throat, sniffling and breathing through his mouth to the point I could feel it on my body. When I rolled over on my back and felt his breathing on my face, it was game over for me. In today’s environment, that isn’t acceptable. I contacted the owner and she couldn’t have cared less. The receptionist was so rude and talked loudly on her phone (putting it on speaker for the whole waiting area to hear) that it completely ruined the experience. She had a terrible attitude with us the moment we walked in. We will definitely not be returning. My sister’s therapist made unsettling comments during her massage. He made her very uncomfortable.

Booked a much needed massage for my husband on a Tuesday morning. We were staying in New Buffalo from out of town for a few nights. He arrived and was told his masseuse didn’t show up so he couldn’t get the massage. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I debated writing this review because I didn’t want to take away from all the great services my husband and I received on our spa day. All the ladies working that day get 5 stars. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service (thanks Terri!). In all, it’s a good place to get a solid massage or facial.

My mom and I were visiting New Buffalo and our hotel suggested this spa. I’m so glad they did. My massage therapist was Alex and it was one of the best and most relaxing massages I’ve had. The place was clean and had a very calm vibe. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Would highly recommend! This was my first professional massage so I was alittle nervous coming in but the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. Everyone was extremely nice and made everything as easy as it could be. 10/10.
