I’d been on the search for a new hairdresser for approx a year and a half to 2 years, with several BAD cuts. I’d find someone decent, then I’d get a bad cut. I winged it going to Evolve, I took whoever they could get me in with to fix the latest awful chop job. I landed with Danielle and I could not be happier! She listened and saw the same things I disliked with my cut, offered her suggestions and gave me an excellent cut! So I checked out her Instagram and decided to trust her to color my hair for the first time in years! Again, she listened, and then she slayed it!! I absolutely LOVE it and I’ve gotten SO many compliments, and then repeat compliments from some of the same people. People mention how natural and sun-kissed it looks, and that’s exactly what I asked for and exactly what she delivered.

Today was my second trip to Evolve! I love the way they do things here, you get lots of attention from the moment you walk in. The stylists all like each other and work to help and support each other. Danielle is awesome! Love what she does with my color and cuts. Couldn’t be happier! Hannah McGeorge is amazing !! Always has the best costumer service and is always a joy to be around! She is honest with her work and has always done everything I have asked for! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and really outdid herself! Definitely recommend her always! As for the rest of the salon is always a great environment and everyone is so attentive and friendly!

Hannah is absolutely AMAZING!! My hair was getting pretty long and I new I wanted to switch things up and she gave me such a great cut! My hair feels so much better now. I decided to switch things up even more and go blonde. I was so impressed with how blonde and even she was able to get my hair! No one has ever been able to get me so blonde AND keep my hair completely healthy!! I would give her a hundred stars if I could! She has even cut my daughters hair and they love her. Maddy is absolutely wonderful and her shampooing is top notch. The scalp and neck message was wonderful. She waxed my brows to and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend

Having moved recently to the Blue Springs area from out of state, finding a new hairdresser was a priority. Thankfully I found Jessica at EVOLVE hair salon! It is a 5 star experience from beginning to end. From the moment you enter the salon you are welcomed and attended to. The staff is warm and friendly, as well as professional. My stylist, Jessica, is top notch! She takes her time and thoughtfully asks questions to make sure she understands you. I leave the salon feeling beautiful and happy. If you’re in the search for a talented and gifted colorist and stylist, make sure to book an appointment with Jessica at EVOLVE Hair Salon.

The environment is kind and the people are as well. I had a service that didn’t go as expected and when I asked to resolve it I think the stylist disagreed with my concerns, and when I asked to cancel a future appointment so I could take time to research my future hair color options, she essentially said that she was sorry I no longer wanted to work with them and moved on, which is unfortunate because I didn’t say that at all, just that I wanted to know what was used on my hair for future reference or colors… not that I wanted to go elsewhere. I do recommend this salon and even that stylist, but I don’t think I would be comfortable going back, and my only suggestion is to know what you want and clarify when making your appointments for color that you would like to book an extra hour for the lightening portion, because my current understanding is that is where I went wrong.
