Be warned that if you miss your appointment (no matter the reason) even if it is your first time missing the appointment they will charge you for the full service. Life happens. Things come up. Not everyone (including drs) respect appointment times. Apparently that doesn’t matter to Evolve Esthetics or specifically Haley Rad.

I love coming to Evolve! Since my very first visit, I’ve been impressed with this business of talented ladies. When I was new to sugaring, Hailey made me feel comfortable and gave me any information I needed. When I was pregnant, she answered ALL my questions about her different services. She knows her industry well. She’s super responsive and genuinely cares about giving her clients the best experience she can. The services here are impressively up-to-date (they literally “evolve” to benefit the clients!), the space is beautiful and relaxing, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend Hailey! She is the sweetest girl and always does an AMAZING job. I come to her for a few sugaring services. She does such a great job running Evolve and always greets me with a smile! She’s always accommodating as long as I cancel or reschedule within her cancelation policy limit (and I might add it is VERY flexible compared to what other small businesses have). I haven’t had any experiences with the other girls in the business but if they are anything like Hailey, you’re in good hands! Thanks Hailey 🙂

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good affordable lash lift! After going to the same boutique for a while I decided to try to find another salon that could do lash lifts, as I was starting to become unhappy with my lashes for the money I was paying. I booked an appointment with Kasey, and she did an amazing job. She was very kind and good at what she does. I was very impressed with the outcome of my lashes as they were less than half of what I was paying at the old place I went to, but I got a much better outcome. The space was clean, welcoming, and very peaceful. I will be back for my future lifts, I am very pleased with Evolve and Kasey!
