Worst experience of my life! I had a groupon for both me and my daughter to have a deep conditioning, cut, and style. She came in late for the appointment which was the first indication that this was not going to be a good experience. My daughter went first and after watching her get her hair done, I was scared to have mine done. It took less than 1 minute to wash and “deep condition” her hair. I even went up to her and reminded her that she was to have a deep condition and she insisted she did. Then while combing out her hair she literally ripped out major chunks of hair and just kept on going. then she used the curling iron on her hair multiple times burning her head. Her hair is now more damaged than prior.

I desperately needed to find a great hair dresser after moving from NY to RI. Joelle made the experience delightful, comfortable, and customer service oriented. I had blonde highlights with cinnamon colored lowlights and was blown away with the results. My hair wasn’t orange or over processed, my color was sealed in beautifully and my cut and style fit my personality. Hands down truly a gem on main street in east greenwich.
