Had hair to my waist ask for 3 inches to be cut and I picked 2 colors for my hair. The color looked nothing like I picked but the worst was my hair in the back was cut up to my shoulders and longer pieces on each side. I was so disappointed. She said would fix it but you can’t put the hair back.
