UNETHICAL. Visited this stylist in April, service was good but was more expensive than what was listed on the website (atleast 20-40$)- I let it go and still tipped.The stylist/owner “booked an appointment for me” that I NEVER asked for for today. I made a ticket with style seat. Later in the day, I got a notification saying that my payment was received, for a service I never asked for or got. Attempted to call the shop with no answer. Attempted to text the same number without any response.

Tiffany is OK but her weave is fake y’all but Melissa on the other hand is a gift from God she does great work and her prices match the quality of her work and also if your looking to work here no one stays for long because of Tiffany and her attitude and jealousy.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Just left here after my niece called me crying to pick her up. We made an appointment yesterday for today at 10:00, we went in early (9:45) and my niece sat there without even getting acknowledged for more than forty minutes. Why did we make an appointment if she knew she wouldn’t be able to get to her hair? Waiting that long without even a conversation about time is unprofessional! She was the only person in there doing hair, if you know you’re going to be backed up, at least let people know.
