I don’t know where to begin with this review. I’m a cancer patient and have been for 15 years and all that time and in all my treatment I took very good care of my hair. My hair was beautiful when I went into the salon I simply wanted a few low lights and highlights to make it a little sexier since I finally am in remission. We spoke with the owner who was not available and he sent us to this young lady who we thought was very experienced because we requested someone who had been doing this for years and knew what they were doing instead what we got was a brand new girl who had no idea what she was doing she fried my hair burnt it off till it came out in chunks I am almost bald I am completely distraught and the owner doesn’t want to do anything but cut it shorter.i
