These people are definitely not number one in Boston. They are scam artists. They misquote you and then charge you double when they know you need two areas of your body treated such as your legs. They’ll quote you 750 for macula but then tell you it’s 1500 because they had to do two legs. I would never never never recommend this place to anyone. Once again they are scam artists and cheaters!

Within 5 min of meeting Dr Mary Capiella, I knew I was in the right place. She focused her attention (100% ) on my treatment and stayed with me in the room the whole time. Dr Cappiella is more than a traditionally trained physician. She understands how our body, mind and spirit are all intrinsically connected. We need to be in alignment to work.I love the results of my Em Sculpt treatments.I had the procedure a few years back and I never really saw results, This time around I can see a big difference on my knees and stomach!!Can’t wait to go back and get some facial treatments. She explained every step of the process to me and was mindful of any discomfort during the procedure. The best medspa ever! The staff is very friendly and knowledgabe. Dr. Cappiello spent a lot of time with me explaining the different options and procedures. She was not only able to correct my ptosis, she also made my eyes look much larger. She placed fillers in my cheeks diminishing the appearance of my nasolabial folds. I walked out looking years younger. I love this place and highly recommend it!

I used to go to one of the top cosmetic dermatologists in Wellesley until a friend convinced me to try Dr. Mary and I have never looked back. She made me feel comfortable, just like two friends catching up. I never felt rushed or forced into something I really wasn’t looking for. The first time I got Botox was with her (I’ve previously had fillers) and she made sure that I was comfortable and always telling me what she was doing. Eventually I went back for more fillers and she was always upfront with me on what I would need and what was really unnecessary. She always set my expectations to help men make the right choice. She is a perfectionist in that she enhances your natural beauty – I don’t look “done” just well rested, fresh and youthful. The comments I receive are wow you look great not wow what work have you gotten done. My husband thinks I continue to look young all on my own! Also, her new space is great, very cozy feel, like you are going to a friends house for some tea (they offer CBD tea!). You will not be disappointed with Dr. Mary is is amazing!

I had four Coolsculpting treatments with Dr. Cappiello. The treatments were easy and they even had a T.V. with headphones and Netflix ready to go! I was entertained while my fat was cooled off my body! Years of exercise did not give me the amazing results after just 6 weeks! I highly recommend this place!
