Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to Evolution MedSpa for the first time in August. At my first visit, I was given a tour of the beautiful facility by the Spa Manager. She showed me the various rooms and explained what service they provided. We finished the tour in the room where the laser hair removal machine is. She left and Marta came in just a few moments later. Marta explained what was going to be done, and we then we began. I have to tell you that Marta was amazing. She took the time and care in treating my chin area making sure not to miss a spot.Well, I have had this service done before. Prior to now, my best results came from having it done my dermatologist office like 20 years ago. It lasted a long time, but with age, unfortunately new hair spots began to appear. In the last 5 years, I have gone to a few places to treat the new spots, and did not get the same great results as I did 20 years ago….that is until now! A few days after I left Evolution MedSpa, hairs fell out. I had about THREE weeks hair free until a few came in just in time for my next visit. I would say that only a third of them returned before the visit. Most of them were lighter and finer. What shocked me the most was that the coarse ones that used to become ingrown and gave me chin acne issues did not come back after just one visit.My second visit was this part Monday, 9/14/20. Again I had Marta and she gave me the same excellent thorough care that she gave me the first time I visited the spa. Today is 9/18/20 and the hairs that were there on Monday are now gone. I am hair free again!If you are looking to have laser hair removal treatment, please go to Evolution MedSpa. It will be money well spent. Their machines are of the highest quality and I have gotten amazing results. Their staff is kind, caring, and professional. They are a very clean and safe facility. Evolution MedSpa was the FIRST place that I had gone inside to since the pandemic began in March. Marta did all of my sessions and was amazing. After all my sessions were done I was so sad because she had become a good friend!
