I like this nail salon. My only complaint is that the nail techs are very loud & seem to want everyone in the salon to hear their conversations. This should be a relaxing place, not annoying. They do a good job on nails – just need to lower voices, use appropriate language for public, & seek to make everyone’s experience a good one.

The employees are always sweet and polite. They work very hard to please their customers. They offer a variety of services and packages. If I could make one suggestion to increase patronage it would be to get the massagepedicure chair(s) replaced or get them serviced and re-padded for cushioningcomfort after so much business, my chair only worked on one setting.

Horrible experience! Had an appointment to get a full set of nails, and Owner Kim was very rude, and did a quick and sloppy job on my nails. Cut a chunk outta my finger in the process and continued on with no apology as I bled! I will NEVER go back to this house of horrors ever again!!!
