I had a great experience today with Jodi-Kay. The booking process was easy and even though I was a few minutes late, thanks to my GPS, she was very kind. My eyebrows look great and she provided education as well as a consultation/plan on what we can do moving forward. She even gave me a coupon for my next visit. I will be going back either way. I had to come back and edit to mention how clean the facility was and the updated equipment. This made me feel immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in.

I randomly found this woman owned, black owned spa in Hollywood and I am so glad that I did. Keija did a fantastic job on my facial, she walked me through the process and gave me helpful tips and recommendations. The massage at the end was heavenly and a nice surprise. Everything smelled amazing. I decided to do my brows last minute and Jodi-Kay squeezed me in and slayed my brows ! I have been struggling to find a brow person in my area. She is it !
