Pretty disappointed today (6/11/2022) We called at 5:50 pm and asked if they had time for two pedicures. They told us they did and to come now. We got into the store at 6 pm and into the chairs just before 6:05 pm and selected the Jelly pedicure at $60 each. It should have been 55 minutes as shown in our photo. It is now 6:40 and Emma is ‘done’. 35 minutes start to ‘finish’. My wife is getting white tips which costs a bit extra.

It’s been about 3 weeks and I had wanted to try this place cuz I was impatient to get an appointment with my regular guy at a location by my work and I confirm that they did the dip there and the gal started putting acrylic on and I said I didn’t ask for that. I wanted the dip and she said Oh this will be better for next time and I started saying that I’ve never had to go through this at my other place and then her and the owner that was nearby started talking in their language and I finished up my session and I tried to call the owner. The line was busy. I made a comment on her post on Facebook that I sent a message. She never looked at my messages and I will never go back here again and my nails are chipping and look really thick too. And this is an overlay on my nails and I’m really hoping my real nails are not indented or ruined when I go back to my regular place.

Daniel is my go to guy for my claws ♥️ He is very patient and attentive to detail, he takes his time for what works with your personal nail and shape-taking notice of what changes happened in between visits and strengthening points as needed. I love that he is not afraid to correct and perfect till he reaches the look we want, I don’t ever even say anything he simply won’t settle for less. Prices here are seemingly a better bang for your buck compared to local areas and I enjoy that I can tip with my debit card. 🙂 Him and Jessica have both done a great job with my gel pedicures. I always receive compliments on my nails. I love this place, I would rather look ragged than betray this shop.

I went back and got them the way I wanted them and I am absolutely in love with them now! The way they are different but the same and they catch the light just right, perfection. Would highly recommend Daniel (not very great with names, I apologize if I got the name wrong). He was very patient and took his time and was very creative and artistic with the gems. Very communicative as well. Michelle, the salon manager, was very nice as well and I am thankful for the opportunity to come back and give the salon a second chance. The first time I went I did not get what I wanted. I went back and got them the way I wanted them and I am absolutely in love with them now! The way they are different but the same and they catch the light just right, perfection. Would highly recommend Daniel (not very great with names, I apologize if I got the name wrong). I went in one day to get my nails done. I loved my experience I have never been treated with such respect and caring vibes like this place provided. They made me feel comfy and provided a snack and water. I wish I remember both the ladies names. Pricy but for the work and attention it was worth it. First time going got a pedicure was great! Went back since first time was nice. Second time not great got nails and feet done, nails were rushed Amy was kind of rude came off like she didn’t care to be helping and was hoping I’d say something was wrong nails came out decent even after picking a style I thought was so simple it wouldn’t come out bad. Then my pedicure I was cut and she hardly massaged me at all and it was $55 she didn’t wrap my legs just whipped down quickly at the end. They booked my appointment at 4pm on a Sunday I understand if maybe the ladies did not want to be there but they didn’t have to rush my service I would have went a different day if I knew it was going to be like that. I guess avoid going late in the day they might rush all of your services and you won’t get what you paid for.
