2nd visit here (forgot I had gone before and had the same issue). My husband got me a spa day with the works, I was so excited to have a day of pampering. During both my facial and my massage they kept going in and out of the room repeatedly. I am guessing it was a combination of things… needing items that weren’t in the room and/or checking the front door every time the door opens. Very distracting and not very relaxing when your services keep being interrupted.

Lobby is disgustingly dirty. Room was clean. Masseuse was awful. Missed rubbing one of my feet altogether. No pattern at all from left to right. Rubbed my bones and not my muscles. Missed all the places that needed attention. Tried to offer polite direction but that didn’t help. Had to say owe more than 3x. Either too light or too soft. Kept leaving the room to answer the phone and work the front desk. Will never go there again.

Leena (or maybe Lina? I don’t know how to spell her name) was amazing. She really focused on the areas I wanted her to and she stretched my arms, legs, and neck so well. She also massaged my face, which I’ve never had before, and I loved it. I will definitely be coming back.
