Critical: Communication, Professionalism- if you book a Groupon she adds a $26 service charge that’s not otherwise disclosed until you book…. And the CC machine was “down” so cash was requested.- she wasn’t there when my husband arrived, nor did she call. I had to call and she seemed surprised like she’d forgotten about the appointment and said she’d be another 15 minutes (30 minutes late total).- Another instance my husband booked (I didn’t know bc it was a surprise) and she’d double booked the time, so unfortunately I don’t think the system is working well.We just cancelled and got our money back. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI didn’t use Groupon I just called and made an appointment. I prefer to give cash directly to a local business.Affordable massage with excellent quality. I received the hot stone massage and as one would imagine it was extremely relaxing. I’m excited to be booking monthly sessions here.

Critical: CommunicationI purchased Groupon’s for a girls trip and called to book appointments and was told there is an additional $26 fee that is not indicated in the Groupon. I cancelled the Groupon. I guess I should have also checked the review rating of 3 stars, enough said. The owner tried to blame it on Groupon, stating it should be there and she has to call them. Good idea. In the meantime, lesson learned. I purchased Groupon’s for a girls trip and called to book appointments and was told there is an additional $26 fee that is not indicated in the Groupon. I cancelled the Groupon.
