Had a very bad experience yesterday after being their client for 4 years. Justin the owner and my nail tech was very rude to me and gave me poor customer service. Over the last few months he has often been agitated, complaining about his diabetes and other afflictions, and became consistently dismissive of my requests. What is so hard about glueing a broken nail so it can stay the same length as all the others? He just wanted to cut it off so he could be finished with me quicker. They are only looking to rush you out the door. They don’t even answer the phone during business hours. With so many manicure shops in Highland Park why go here?! Looking forward to take my consistent business elsewhere

They fit me in at the end of the day. Very gentle technician, and I love the color. Atmosphere is relaxing and they let me stay late to dry my toes. I was wearing sneakers – not planning the pedicure in advance. I would come back, though I’m not usually in this area. If I am again I will wear my sandals, and book a longer appointment. I randomly stopped in after seeing the salon right across from my parking spot. I had time to kill in Highland park. They fit me in at the end of the day. Thee BEST nail and spa in the Chicago area! My wife and I went to get our monthly pedi and mani and it was beyond amazing! They have massage chairs and do everything to accommodate you and make you comfortable! I was very impressed with the service and will be returning soon!
