Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe front desk lady is unwelcoming, very rude, unprofessional conduct both in person as well as on the phone. This is my second experience w/ her unprofessionalism. Therapist was generally unwelcoming, little direction, so very uncomfortable, I should have left. Further this was the worse, lowest quality and most unskilled massage I’ve ever received, that part alone was appalling; I had I idea what she was trying to do. I wanted to leave the minute I walked into this place, there is just an unease vibe. Further, COVID screen questions were asked AFTER I was already brought back into the massage room. His should be done over the phone when you pull up or at least at the front desk, rather than have potential COVID (+) ppl trailing through the entire place and treatment room!! Another turn off, used linen on the floor of the front lobby sitting area…for all to see. Good thinking. I was there a gift card, so perhaps this is their work ethic.
