Critical: ProfessionalismSo my first wax experience was great. I used a Groupon voucher. But I tried to make another wax appointment a few months later using a Groupon. When I tried to make my second appointment with her she did not answer the phone. Instead, she only texted me. Okay, fine, I texted her back and made an appointment. She asked if this my second time and I told her yes. She texted back saying “Sorry I take groupon only 1 time,normally the Waxing is $45,and Sugaring is $55,thankyou.” I asked her where in the guidelines did it say it’s only for first time users. She never texted me back.Nowhere in the Groupon fine print does it say that the Groupon is only valid for first time customers. It only states that it can only be purchased every 90 days (it’s been more than 90 days). If you’re only going to honor a Groupon for first time customers, that is something that needs to be EXPLICITLY stated on Groupon so people don’t waste money buying a Groupon that won’t be honored.
