The staff was nice, I didn’t see anything unclean etc. But I had gotten a simple no chip polish, which I’ve done many times elsewhere, usually I can get 2 weeks out of it. The manicurist who did my nails was not very detailed. She didn’t take time prepping my nails like other salons, just a quick buff over the middle and a dot of dehydrator. 3 days in and half of my polish was already peeling away at the edges and getting snagged on things, tearing away the top my nails. Day 5, the looks of them, would have been the same if I gave them a basic paint at home, only they wouldn’t be damaged. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Vi does a great job on my nails. I’ve been going here for maybe 8 years. Used to have Bin do my nails and he always did a good job. Bin remodeled the place a few years ago and it looked really nice and classy. But new management changed the colors and it doesn’t have the same classy look. Everyone who works here is very professional and friendly and customer focused. Highly recommended!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These people allowed me sit with my feet in water for 40 minutes. No one approached me to assure me someone would service me soon and than as I walked out WITHOUT making a JUSTIFIABLE scene. They DIDN’T even have the CARE, CONCERN, Or CONSIDERATION to acknowledge me. This happens in their establishments often and is the reason why they lack sympathy and empathy from me when they make headlines. Behavior like this plays a huge role in our Society’s aggressions.
