By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in to get a long bob cut. The girl spent 2.5 hours doing my hair. Everything was fine until I got home and my husband told me the back was uneven! One side gradually got longer (how it’s supposed to) and the other randomly went from short to longer hair. I called and asked if they could fix it, sent them a picture and the owner kindly agreed. I came back and sat there for another 2.5 hours, one side is longer than the other, and I now have a short bob. Near the end the girl had me standing while she cut my hair. My clothes and down my back was full of hair because the girl took the cape off. In the end I told her it was fine because I couldn’t sit there any longer hoping that she would get it right. The girls here are very nice and friendly, but unfortunately you need more than a good personality to cut hair.
