Even Hold is a place where individuals can come for care-based bodywork and full-spectrum pregnancy support services (doula services). Our bodywork and care-taking is rooted in reproductive justice and accessibility frameworks; bringing the awareness that we all have different histories and experiences, making each body is unique with specific needs. We offer therapeutic bodywork and pregnancy / post-pregnancy massage; focusing on relaxation, mobility, and release.
