I also play volleyball and run, so getting some relief was important to getting back to these activities. Evelyn did great job evaluating where I had pain and did an awesome job helping to relieve the pain. As well as showing me some things to do on my own that would help. I’ve been dealing with some painful back and neck problems. The pain was affecting my sleep and my day-to-day activities. I also play volleyball and run, so getting some relief was important to getting back to these activities. After providing her with my issue (leg pain / sciatica), she knew exactly what she’d do to remedy it and got to work. She was professional and quite knowledgeable. My only regret is that I did not call her sooner.

I have a problem with tight muscles which make my shoulders round inward. Whenever I leave my posture feels so much better and I can bring my shoulders back.
