Love love love the hospitality, the way my hair feels, pricing not too bad, and she is consistent for sure. The staff was great as well. Alot of teamwork to ensure the customers are being serviced quickly. Oh and the musc is a vibe for sure!!! Hairstyling

If you have natural African American hair stay away. Poor service by one of the stylists. My daughter had a bad experience with the stylist not knowing how to detangle her hair type. I personally called the salon while at work and spoke to the stylist to tell her how to detangle it so that her hair won’t come out. She kept talking over me and had a nasty attitude. I ended up having my sister to take both of my girls who were getting their hair done and leave. I will not be back and do not recommend UNLESS you go to Ms. Evelyn herself. I have not had a bad experience with her directly just one of her stylists and a person like the stylist in particular makes yours business look bad.

I do NOT recommend this place due to the stylist lacking knowledge of how to properly detangle African American hair and then having an attitude towards my niece because she felt like her hair was bad. Don’t talk bad about your customer in another language assuming that they don’t understand, because I did. We ended up leaving with their hair undone because this place was highly unprofessional.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy experience was terrible. I called and she informed me of one price but when I got there, she charged me $10 more. The girl who shampooed me didn’t know what she was doing. She put deep conditioner in my hair without asking (which is a upcharge)On the towel that was placed on my shoulders, there was someone else’s hair all over it, which was absolutely disgusting. While doing my hair , she just randomly walked outside for 10 minutes. And while doing my hair, practically burned my scalp twice with the heat from the hair dryer. She charged me $5.00 extra dollars for the length of my hair , which she did not tell me about while doing my hair at all. Terrible! They didn’t know how to wash hair. The girl that “washed” my hair didn’t rinse properly or detangle my hair at all and she had body odor. They also don’t understand basic English. I will NEVER go back to this place. Hairstyling
