Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not recommend Rachel May to anyone. When I arrived at the address I had to ask where she was located (as she did not tell me), her room was not marked with a number, when I entered her and her coworker ignored me for a solid minute before even looking or talking to me. I then waited while they continued their conversation about an app they had on their phone. All I asked for was a trim (1 inch off) and to thin my hair (which is very thick as I have to separate it when washing it) and I told her that I had a LOT of hair. I had to remind her to thin it and then she hardly (I could not feel a difference), also random spots of my hair were cut down to 8 inches long (my hair was 20+ inches long). Sara was so kind, listened to my wants, and gave her honest opinion about what would work and look best. She truly made me feel as if I was the only one in the salon. The Eve a Salon environment sets you up for a relaxing and fun appointment. I cannot say enough about the stylist and the salon itself! I have never felt more beautiful and confident leaving a salon after a hair cut/color. Sara was so kind, listened to my wants, and gave her honest opinion about what would work and look best. She truly made me feel as if I was the only one in the salon. The Eve a Salon environment sets you up for a relaxing and fun appointment. I cannot say enough about the stylist and the salon itself!
