Positive: Professionalism, ValueNorma has a great customer service, a kind hearted individual and values her customers opinion. I came in for a change of style and color for the first time in her salon. I had an old ashy blonde balayage and new grown black hair. Before i came in I contacted a couple salons so that I could ask for details before coming in and show them what i style i want. Norma is the only one who responded in social media. We communicated and set up the appointment. Unfortunately my hair didn’t turn out like the picture i showed her. I was sad about it. My husband and friends encouraged me to let her know. I was skeptical because i hate confrontation and I don’t like hurting people’s feelings. I waited a couple days because she told me its not gonna look how i wanted it right away because i had an old color in and new virgin hair and it didn’t blend well. I finally messaged her and let her know after 3 days and she was quick to tell me she’s going to fix it and told me to come in the next day. It made me feel so much better and i said I will pay for extra if it needed just to actually get the closiest color possible. She was more than happy and willing to fix my hair and i really appreciate her. My hair came out so much better and it made me feel so confident. She fixed it for free and said she wants her customer to be happy.. she said it with her heart. Im so thankful i let her know. I will be coming back for sure.
