Critical: PunctualityI came in , the first thing that I got was a guy with a long face so grumpy. I could just tell he had an attitude didn’t even greeted me to make me feel welcomed. Then another lady came from the back of the salon and same thing. Until one of the lady’s came and told me to have a seat at a station where they cut hair. Just not a nice experience

I came to this salon because it was close to my home. Due to an injury I have both hands in casts and I just came in to have my hair washed. I explained to the woman who treated me I only needed my hair washed and that was all. I asked her for pricing and she said she wasn’t sure as she was new there but there pricing was comparable to other salons. I thought okay, other salon I called said $5 to $10 so I figured it would be just that. The stylist was so pushy about other service, suggesting I needed a toner in my hair, and a touch up and I had to keep telling her all I needed was my hai shampooed. I came in on a platform walker with both hands in casts, I just wanted my hair washed. I should not have had to repeat myself so many times. Once she was down, without the king with anyone, she tells me the charge is for $35! I asked her if she was serious, and she said yes. No one else charges $35 for just a shampooing! This place is a total rip off! I went to another neighborhood saloon for the same service a few days after and they only charged me $5. I will never go to Eva’s salon again!
