Horrible customer service. First of all, I understand that I did not have an appointment. After going to another salon that did not cut my hair evenly, I kindly asked if anyone could service me. It wasn’t much but still the lady proceeded to not only ignorantly tell me no, she also, laughed in my face with her male co-worker. I found that to be very disrespectful and humiliating at the same time. I was only asking IF she was available and IF she could fix my hair. I did not ask to feel like a joke. “Every salon has to fix an error they made free of charge” she said. As a matter of fact, I knew this but I didn’t want it to be shorter than what it already was. I just wanted my hair to be even. Based on customer service I would NEVER recommend or use this salon myself.

So I went to this place 3 days ago and this barber Ruben cut my hair really bad , I’m very upset, he was using the cleaner machine brush to dust off my hair that was really nasty I could have get disieases, I really don’t recomend this place.
