Yesterday was my last time engaging with this place. I have managed to get service here twice and two other times I was ignored or bumped out of my appointment. I never seen any other people here but white people. So I guess I finally have the message after yesterday. They ONLY service white people. When I was serviced , they ignore my questions or shorten my requested service. They say they are appointment only. But the shop is empty. I have never even heard of an appointment only NAIL place in THIS area. And if it were one , than it would advertise that. It’s not. While in the chair once I have seen ladies walk in and ask to get a service done and they don’t get the “Appointment “ response. Yesterday I walked in to try to get a pedicure and they again said appointment . I said how soon can I come in today, and she said a little over an hour. I said sure give me a call. I saw how uneasy she was felling so I try to give her my business card to prove that my cell number was real that my intent for service was also real. She scribbled my number, didn’t even look at my hand that was holding my card and said that she would call to let me know in about an hour. I said I would be nearby waiting to hear. ( I actually live close by). I never got a call. I’m upset that I had stooped so low to this business. Do not serve this business.

As a small business owner myself and a LONG TIME client of this location, I am extremely disappointed in their business practices. I had a gift card that they refused to honor because it had expired. Money doesn’t expire, so why should gift cards? Talk about shady business practices! I tried to support them during covid when I was not getting pedicures as I had a newborn at home. I asked my god-mother to get me a gift card from there so I could revisit it when I had my vaccines and once my baby was vaccinated as I was limiting any unnecessary exposure until my newborn was older. What a terrible business policy. They’ve lost a very good return client from this situation. Proceed with caution.

This place did okay work but they almost NEVER answer the phone. I am not sure how you can even run a business that way. How can I make an appointment if you don’t pick up. It is such a time waster. I love going there to get all my services done.. I love especially that it doesn’t smell like an over dose of chemicals, you can breathe good air. Clean, well lit, good relaxing music.. they offer you bottled water. All the instruments to do your medi. Pedi’s comes out in a individual sterile pouch. One time use only scrubs and lotions. No cross contamination there. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got my microblading done here with Quynh and I have never regretted it. I go once a year for a touchup. The initial cost was $500 for the first two treatments, two weeks apart. The touchup cost $150 for returning customers. I am sure that the microblading can last up to two years but because I battle acne and use a lot of chemicals on my face, I just find it prudent to go once a year.

Great service! Professional and environmental friendly products. Quinn works miracles for eyebrows and Lana does amazing lashes. She’s a perfectionist and takes her time. The staff is friendly and professional, services are expensive but you get what you pay for so I don’t mind. If you’re a perfectionist this is the place for you, the staff is highly skilled.
